I'm Evan
My job isn’t to manufacture moments.
It’s to notice them.
I’m a Minnesota-based wedding and lifestyle photographer who loves an adventure and thrives on capturing life’s most candid, unforced moments.
My journey into photography started unexpectedly when my family accidentally received a DSLR camera in the mail. Curious, I picked it up without thinking much of it, and I fell in love with capturing the world through my lens.
Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the art of photojournalism—documenting candid, unforced moments that tell a story. Whether it’s a wedding day filled with laughter and happy tears, a milestone worth celebrating, or just an ordinary day turned extraordinary, I strive to create images that feel alive and authentic.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll often find me exploring the North Shore, enjoying outdoor adventures, or relaxing with a good show
- I started photography in 2017. Mainly photographing nature and landscapes
- I got into wedding photography when my cousins asked me to shoot their wedding (I was so nervous!)
- Friends, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and How I Met Your Mother are my favorite sitcomes. I love editing while watching
- I would much rather stay in and play board and card games rather than going out to bars
- I love playing Golf, always down to get a round in
- I am a huge nerd, Star Wars and Marvel are my favorite
- Dogs > cats, no question about it
